Monitor specified artists for new releases
When release date is in the future and some track have been availabled before, deemon thinks it has already download the full album. Perhaps, it has only downloaded the available...
When an album/track is not available for download, inform user. Currently, it appears as if it downloads successfully misleading the user. Example, see track ID `1565007`.
Good first issue for newcomers or those good in documenting clear and specific instructions.
