Use version number for download button in drawer

The documentation states:

This will also change the link behind the download button to point to the archive with the respective version on GitHub, assuming a release tagged with this exact version identifier.

Currently, the latest commit of master will be downloaded, regardless which version was set in the config file.

is it possible to change the download link to a custom value or remove it completely?
