syncplay: remove `1.7.9-Beta1` version from chocolatey repo

This version prevents upgrade to 1.7.0 version.

Looking into what it takes to do this, most of their documentation states they don't support removing versions, but I'm not sure it's a good idea ot package non-prerelease versions as above their actual version (although that is sort of how Fix Versions work)
