  • [x] Add in TimeBoundedResult data type
  • [x] Add in extSubmit as a convenience wrapper for submitResultAndTree
    • use of options allows all other submission cases to be handled

Currently, the plan is to freeze this PRs work until we are in a position to merge https://github.com/digital-asset/daml/pull/21066 - this will be considered for the 3.4 release.
