Thanks I have tried all the fixes / work arounds that I can think of.

my guess is it is dns related, maybe it is using a hard-coded public dns rather than using the resolve settings of the box.

I'm away from home for a few weeks and need to access my router via the console. Is this likely to be something that can be fixed quickly ?
