Couple of Issues With Pausing/Playing, Progress Bar and Scrubber

To reproduce:

1. Play something
2. Pause
3. Grab the scubber (while the music is paused) and move it to a different timestamp

Expected Behavior: Music remains paused

Actual Behavior:

• Music starts playing from the new timestamp
• The pause button remains on pause
• When tapping play button, the scrubber moves backs to the timestamp from when the music was first paused.
