Audio clipping when changing to next song

whenever i'm playing an album and a song ends and switches to another there is a noticeable clipping noise. it's especially noticable on a song that has a transition into another song like shadow of the day and what i've done by linkin park.

i'm not sure if there really is a way to get rid of that clipping or not, but i've confirmed it's not the tracks themselves
