[Bug] Diacritic (accented) letters are shown separated from the non-accented ones

On the list of Artists (possibly on other parts of the app but I didn't check) the names that start with a diacritic, like acute or circumflex accent, are shown at the end of the list on the # section.

For example: "Árvore" or "Ângela" should be on the A section of the list.

I'm using 3.0.0-preview.21 version.
