Seem's like the app (3.0.0 preview 10)doesn't support windows 11 snap layouts yet.

Steps to reproduce Perform a mouseover on maximize window icon

Expected behaviour Display windows 11 snap layouts

Per https://github.com/electron/electron/pull/29600 & https://github.com/electron/electron/pull/33066 this should be possible to implement in windows by switching to the native titlebar.
