Add "Hide from taskbar" option

Add a "hide from the taskbar" option (not notification area/system tray) while open.

Add a setting under Settings > Behaviour called "Hide from Taskbar". This setting should only be available when "Show an icon in the notification area" is enabled.

I've worked on implementing this feature for several hours. It is not easy. When a window is hidden from the Taskbar, minimizing the window causes a title bar of the window to remain visible above the task bar. A hack for this is to set visibility of the window to hidden when minimizing. But that causes other side effects, like unreliable showing of the window when a restore event is sent.

I was going to ask for this as Sonique offered this functionality as well as an option (minimize to tray hides taskbar entry), and I rather like how it helps cleans things up.

Along the same lines, having the option to hide the Taskbar entry when in the Always On Top Cover/Micro/Nano Players would be incredible.
