Add option to choose between absolute and relative path for playlist creation

When I create a playlist and look at the .m3u file in notepad this is my directory to my song. (My Music directory is C:\Users\John\Music\Dopamine\Music)

C:\Users\John\Music\Dopamine\Music\Theory Of A Deadman\Gasoline\03 No Surprise.flac

Now I think it should look like this

..\Music\Theory Of A Deadman\Gasoline\03 No Surprise.flac

The reason why I think it should look like demo 2 is so the playlists are more dynamic. You may backup the files and use them on other computers or devices. By doing demo two the playlists will work on my Android device.

I would like to upvote this suggestion. I have to manually edit all playlists: From: D:\Music\Artist\Album\Title.mp3 To: ....\Artist\Album\Title.mp3

I sync my library between my desktop, laptop and phone.
