I'm using these versions

• Windows version: Windows 10 20H2 19042.1052
• Dopamine version: 2.0.8 (Release)

Reproduction steps

• Step 1: Open dopamine on your secondary monitor.
• Step 2: Close dopamine.
• Step 3: Open dopamine and it will be opened on the primary monitor.

Observed behavior

Dopamine always opens on the primary monitor.

Desired behavior

Dopamine should always open on the last monitor it was opened on.
