Digger workflows not picked up by orchestrator

When I run digger without the cloud backend - pure github actions then I am able to use my own workflow which include things like checkov. See screenshot 1. When I run digger with the cloud backend then the runner ignores my workflow and instead refers to a default one (btw, cannot find anywhere where is this default workflow but it really doesn't matter since I want to have my own to use tools such as checkov)
