Error message read twice by VoiceOver

As mentioned in this article Universell utforming i Designsystemet error messages are read twice by screen readers.

I was only able to recreate this issue when using the max character feature and going beyond the limit trigging an error. We should recheck other error message so that we are certain that they are behaving as intended.

This was fixed for ErrorSummary by #3555 where previously it would read twice on apple voiceover

This is still an issue with our counter feature. We should fix this issue.

Tested with VoiceOver

Guessing both the occurences of "1 Tegn for mye" is what is causing this.
