Tabs as links

I feel we get this question a lot.
Document whats recommended use of Tabs in regards to links.
Maybe just a story/paragraph in Storybook for now and port it later.

I have done some thinking on this, and also checked out a few examples.
Aksel says that shallow navigation is fine. I interpet this as "don't use native <a>".
When you navigate the internet, you also see a lot of navigation menues that look like tabs. Just take a look at the top of github.
It seems like these are however not semantic tabs, even though they may look like tabs.
So I think the answer to this question is, "anchors in semantic tabs is a no go. Designing anchors as tabs is fine".
Should we allow for .ds-tabs to be used without any roles, so you get the same design? We currently target on role="tab", etc.
