Add basic Figma plugin to update colors from CLI command

Latest versjon to test (October 1): figma.zip

How to test:

  1. Unzip file so you get the manifest and dist folder.
  2. Go into a Figma community file, right click on some empty space and go to Plugins -> Development -> Import plugin from manifest.
  3. Choose the manifest file from the folder you extracted.
  4. Open the plugin by going to Plugins -> Development -> Designsystemet Tokens.
