Make a partner section on the storefront

The footer is started to get a bit full of logos. Maybe think about making this its own section if another partner is added.

• Take the partner section form the footer and move it to its own section on the front page of the storefront.
• Replace the section in the footer with the Designsystemet logo and some text.
