Update init script to latest token version

We've had several people contact us with token migration problems after we added themable typography tokens. Using https://theme.designsystemet.no does not work as it does not support themable typography tokens yet.

We need to update the init script to support our latest token format so that our users can just generate new tokens with their desired theme colors (instead of trying to manually update the individual token files)

We also have #2196 which will be a breaking change.
