New component/pattern: Menubar

Epic for work related to a pattern for navigation

Related to arbeidsflate and autorisasjon.

We do not have a menuItem in our designsystem, but have used our button component. A menuItem will have different needs. For example states and spacing. This component could be used for dropdown, navigation menus, drawers.

  • [ ] Define what menu elements should be
    • Should be used in dropdown, left-side navigation, drawer
    • What are the different needs for this? Checkmark, icon, badge
