Dropdown: Write guidelines for usage

...and document why we do not use role="menu" + keyboard navigation (spoiler: this is a not very common UU pattern, so users will not be confused by an implementation without, and it would make the Dropdown and the surrounding trigger-buttons quite restricted in usage as it requires specific roles and keyboard bindings to all children and trigger-siblings, see https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/menubar/)
