Cannot install GS/OS

I don't know if the issue is with GS+ or not, since I don't have another machine to try, but I am unable to install GS/OS 6.0.2 or 6.0.4 on my hard disk image, since, when asked to insert “SystemTools1”, the OS never recognizes the disk, even though it seems correct, and its contents appear to be right when view with CiderPress.

Using the GSplus settings menu (F4), I found that I have to repeat the process of selecting the respective disc image files twice before they are recognized by the emulated GS/OS. (GSplus 0.14 on Raspbian Buster)
