Keyboard on MacBook Pro (2017 w/ touchbar) doesn't work

Keyboard on the 2017 MacBook Pro with a touchbar doesn't work at all. Not even changing the keyboard layout settings worked.

Waiting for upstream to solve / merge MBP pathes, see https://github.com/Dunedan/mbp-2016-linux for summary. Please note that the SPI patch for the keyboard is still out-of-tree for the mainline. Unfortunately, we haven't got the resources to follow out-of-tree patch sets.
