Pass proxy information transparently

Goomph supports proxies, but it's a little awkward. The workaround is described towards the bottom of the javadoc:

We could automate this by detecting GRADLE_OPTS and JAVA_OPTS=-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxyhostname -Dhttp.proxyPort=proxyport, but there are a lot of corner cases.

If eclipse bug 382875 were solved, that would make it a lot easier. If you'd like to see this happen, thumbs-up this issue, vote for the eclipse bug, and maybe even submit a PR.
