gene feature annotation looks incorrect

Hi, It looks as if we occasionally get wrong gene feature annotations.

For example, 16 48610390 48634964 Irf2 1 - exon-exon five_prime_utr,exon,gene,transcript,CDS

should include start codon (by definition -> 5UTR and CDS is included as well). This example is from the rat genome (EnsEMBL 85)
