Improve Command line options

The current command line options of DCC are numerous, difficult to understand and partially redundant. I would suggest to clean up and orient yourself at tools such as cufflinks

• one sample sheet (for all files, three columns)

label type filepath

• reduce option for strandedness to single multiple choice option
