Preferences does not work for Chrome

v1.2 of No Seen has a workaround to make it work for Chrome.

Unfortunately the API for browser storage is a bit different for Chrome, see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/API/storage/StorageArea/get#Examples

I need some more time to work on that.
