The function `_buildInputGroup` only supports Bootstrap 3 classes `.input-lg` and `.input-sm`. In Bootstrap 4, these [classes have been renamed](https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/migration/#forms-1) to `.form-control-lg` and `.form-control-sm`, respectively.
