Segmentation fault with -st CODON

I am interested in trying mpboot, but it is giving segmentation fault with -st CODON. I send the log files in attachment. What could be the problem?

MPBoot is maintained by Diep. So Diep, can you pls answer Emanuel?

I guess the problem is that MPBoot currently does not support CODON data. It was only tested with DNA and protein data…
