Able to build this for arm32hf

FYI for anyone looking for an oscilloscope to run on ARM32hf, eg RPI / surface RT. This after meeting the dependencies manually and editing the py code to use pyside2 instead of 6 works on ubuntu 20.04 arm32hf. being the ONLY arduino oscilloscope that currently works.
