Add sort ledgers feature

Is this a question, a feature request or a bug report?

FEATURE REQUEST

  1. It's not clear how current ledgers are sorted from the UI. It would be nice to being able to sort by creation time or name. Ledgers page is limited to 160 entries so it might be useful to mitigate this limitation too
