Notifications on GNOME 46
Notifications in GNOME 46 are not as prominent as in earlier releases.
Is there any way to make the notifications more noticeable?
Especially, the time is more visible than the actual treatment.
It's because notifications now are grouped by time:
I wanted to make the name bolder but it doesn't seem possible. Any suggestions on how to improve?

You misunderstood, this has nothing to do with GNOME. Sorry I wasn't very clear, the app itself groups all treatments with the same time into a single notification.
