Example Pdf has Accessibility Issues in Adobe

I downloaded the example Don Quijote example from the repl and opened the pdf file in Acrobat. I ran the accessibility tool on the report and I see the following errors show up in the tool:

Is there any way that these errors can be resolved for the accessibility scan?

You made that check with Adobe Pro right? I don't have a license of it. Is there any way I can do that check without it?
