@linusg did you set `m_inverse_pixel_scaling_ratio = 1` unconditionally on your laptop to get a "working scaling"? If so, this means that this whole concept is broken .

I asked a friend with a Mac to test the latest artifact from the git, (https://github.com/dail8859/NotepadNext/suites/10093757647/artifacts/491972251), he claims it works fine for him. IMHO, the Qt6 version fixed the issue....

I cannot reproduce this on Linux. I opened a session - and then `killall -9 NotepadNext` - when I re-open the app, the files are all OK (even the unsaved...
