Title-based QID fetching does not return recently created entities

If a user tries to fetch the QID of an item with an unknown PID (e.g., DOI), it is reconciled using its title. If an appropriate match isn't found, the user is invited to create a new entity. Once the new entity is created, the user may be tempted to retry fetching the QID for the item. But this won't work, because title-based reconciliation uses Wikidata's MediaWiki API wbsearchentities and query+search actions, which don't seem to react immediately to changes. SPARQL does seem to adapt immediately instead. Because PID-based reconciliation uses SPARQL, this is not an issue for items with known PID.
