Forces links to open in same tab from gmail's hangouts

With cleanlinks disabled, default behavior of clicking a link in google hangouts opens in a new tab, with it enabled it opens in same tab

Go to the settings and enable "Follow target attribute" - does it work now?

That did fix it. I would suggest making the settings more obvious to avoid confusion on this. Thanks

I just wanted to let you know it seems this is broken again. I've actually had your addon disabled for several months now and just remembered about it. It seems a firefox update has broken it or something. That setting is enabled, I've tried disabling and re-enabling.

I'm having a similar issue which I suspect to be closely related to the one mentioned above. I've set up Google to open all links from Google's search pages in new tabs but, with Clean Links enabled, so far most links open in the same tab as the search pages which is rather inconvenient when doing a lot of searching which I do and I prefer to have a couple search pages up so I can click additional results or just reuse the tab without having to either start a new search or right-click and manually open results in new tabs. I've also set up Tab Mix Plus to always open links to other sites in new tabs which works fine on most other pages but doesn't work on Google with Clean Links enabled. So, if you could please make Clean Links allow both Google's and TMP's settings respectively, so that pages always open in the tabs they're supposed to open, that would be nice.
