Allow encrypted variables

It would be great to add variables to the inventory that are stored encrypted (via ansible-vault).

Currently ansible allows single encryptred variables, however at the moment they are not decrypted when they come from a dynamic inventory.

For now the only option is to decrypt them before sending them to ansible.
