Controlling Declt in a Quicklisp system

I don't see a way for a Quicklisp system to provide Declt options — am I missing something? E.g., to provide an introduction. I was hoping to find that asdf:defsystem would have a syntax for attaching arbitrary properties to a system, and that Declt would use one of those, but no.

One thing I'd like to do is to restrict Declt to documenting exported symbols only. A user recently complained that the Quickref page for FSet was too hard to find his way around in because of all the internals; I suggested he just read the source, and he agreed that that was easier.
