[New Feature] scroll组件的forceUpdate方法，期望增加参数，用于区别本次操作是针对上拉还是下拉

What problem does this feature solve?

当上拉和下拉都处于loading状态时，如果调用forceUpdate，会只处理下拉的情况而忽略上拉，因为该方法使用的是if..else if...来判断。 希望增加参数，来让使用者区分。

看了下 应该不是用参数判断，改为不是else if 的方式可能会好点
