[Feature]: 连线锚点是否支持自动切换为最近的那个锚点？

背景&目的

image 如图，1和2为表示同一字段的锚点，指向了另一个节点的锚点3，当拖动节点的时候这条边的起点是否可以自动变为2（距离最近），否则会出现连线太长，在节点中穿插；
