[Bug]: Update stable channel to 1.17.5

What happened?

When opening the stable version of MakeMKV, the app crashes, unlike the edge version. I see no reason not to update the stable channel so new users don't face a crash.

What should have happened?

After opening the app, it should simply work as it does in the edge channel.
