Add save user profile before reboot Dragon

I often forget to save my user profile, including edits to vocabulary and possibly dictation data for the learning model. Should caster save the user profile whenever it closes Dragon?

I would like to see it save profile data upon exit. In part if that's why worked with Danesprite to implement https://github.com/dictation-toolbox/dragonfly/pull/45. Using that we might be able to reboot Dragon using Python rather than .bat files. That way people can reliably use multiple DNS profiles as well.
