"Go to line" for other editors

We have "Go to line " in RStudio, which is really nice! It would be great to have that in other editors. Let's work out whether it's possible for some number of them. Please suggest other editors you think are common.

Has anyone had a chance to try out navigation.action_lines (e.g. "select fifty seven by fifty nine")? I have implemented it for vscode, sublime, atom and RStudio but it should be doable for all of them. The main thing is testing to see if extra waits need adding between keystrokes for crappy (read: JavaScript) applications.
