Save/load memory with DQN player

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wish to be able to load the sequence memory which loading a model and its weights, so that I can continue to train the model on a new environment.

Describe the solution you'd like The memory to be saved/loaded whenever the model/weights are.
