Dockerfile for main branch?

More a question - are there plans to merge the docker branch changes to main? The docker branch looks like it's falling behind, I'd love to have a up to date containerized version (having headaches building on linux with competing opencv versions)

@james-bird might know, but I'm not sure how easy it is to update the docker branch with the recent changes to main. I'm happy to merge a pull request if it's a simple update.
