Lens distorsions
When a single camera is used and the image sequence is made, these images have distortions due to the camera lens (Barrel distorsion and cushion distorsion). How are these distortions corrected?
In this case you have to check the calibrate results box and either provide a cal file with the distortion parameters or run a calibration in DICe for a single camera.

If you are happy to generate the displacements in post, you can follow this paper to create a program to do it. I think there is a way to input the calibration coefficients into an XML file that you can load into DICE to use on further analyses but I'm yet to figure that out. If I do ill be sure to post here.
