feat: initial drizzle setup

moving away from prisma, because they want to make my life harder. probably coming out in v4.5

I wanted to open an issue because since version 4.2.2, when I start zipline, the log shows error User was denied access on the database but as I can see, I'll stay on version 4.2.1 and wait 😂.

cus prisma's making it completely impossible to do anything without using the cli. but unfortunately I don't really have the time to do this so for the time being (indefinitely) i'll be sticking with an older version of prisma.
