windows版本打开显示空白

打开后只显示空白框。而后又下载了上一个版本，打开显示不能使用。

me too，几个版本都试过，一打开就是空白，但是用EDGE完全正常。

这工具还是需要走代理，至少要配置bing.com为proxy。
