Scrolling down with the mouse makes the page jump away from the chat to the results page

I want to draw your attention to a UX issue in the new Bing AI chat, as ran from the browser.

Scrolling down using the mousewheel makes it jump to the results page.

• I never intend to go to the results page using the mousewheel.
• There's also no indication that the results page is "below" the chat (the chat has its own scrollbar, and we are already scrolled down as much as possible when the jump happens).

Jumping to the results page has the effect of clearing the message the user was in the process of writing (and scrolling up and down to make sure it was correct), while bringing no discernable utility.

Please look into this.
