Just tried it a minute ago and it worked fine.

wasn't working for me using an Australian based IP address but worked fine when I connected to a UK based VPN server. We can assume MS is being choosey about who gets access atm.

Same problem as @stl3 , i tried deleting all folders in AppData\Roaming and I can't get to the login screen.
