Run time warning appears although GERBIL has only one job

After starting a single experiment in an idle GERBIL instance, the page showed the following warning: Screenshot from 2020-07-15 10-35-08

But the overview of running jobs shows only the single job that has been started before Screenshot from 2020-07-15 10-35-26

It seems like the count of running jobs is not reduced correctly.
